We are delighted to announce that Lewis Duberry has received an international call up by Monserrat for their upcoming CONCACAF Nations League fixtures, at home to Haiti on 25th March and then away to Guyana, to be played in Barbados, on 28th March. Lewis already has two full caps having come on as a substitute in both of the fixtures against the same opponents last June.
Whilst our former goalkeeper Nic Taylor was also a Monserrat international, his call ups did not come whilst he was playing at Fisher – his appearances for the ‘Emerald Boys’ coming either side of his spell with us, making Lewis the first player to be called up for an international whilst a Fisher player.
We wish Lewis and Monserrat the best of luck in both games.
